NorthLine IT collects business contact information, support details, billing records, portal access logs, and managed device metadata needed to deliver IT services.
Customer portal and admin data is used for support, billing, service agreements, device visibility, security, and operational communication. Portal users can only access records linked to their customer account.
Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Email delivery and operational notifications may use Resend. Managed endpoint data may come from Action1 where a customer account is mapped.
