NorthLine IT provides technology services under written quotes, agreements, statements of work, or approved service requests. Portal information is provided for account visibility and support coordination.
Customers are responsible for keeping authorized portal users current. Customer-visible device information is read-only; endpoint changes must be requested through support and may require approval.
Recurring billing may be based on measured quantities such as managed devices, users, mailboxes, software licenses, backups, support blocks, and approved custom units.
These website terms do not replace a signed agreement or statement of work between NorthLine IT and a customer.
